To understand this theory, you must understand how I use the following tems: God-the current supreme being; Us/We-The group(humans at current time) doing most of the work(at the curent time); Robots-The lowest level.
At current time: God created us, we have created robots. There was at one time, a being that created god. This being, which will be refered to hereafter as Bob, was destroyed by God. When God created us, he did so with the intention of making his life easier, much as we have done with robots. God destroyed Bob so that he alone could have complete power over us.
The problem that God encountered was a large one. He created us to make his life easier, and therefore made us more intelligent and effeceint than he is. When he realized this problem(at the time we began to figure it out for ourselves) he initiated a plan that has worked extremely well. It is commonly known as religon. Using this, he caused his ignorant creations(us) to become fearful of him. He then used this fear to regain some control.
In the same way that Bob created God, God created us, and we created robots. We have no concept of Bob, because God denied us that knowledge. Robots have no concept of God, because we have denied that knowledge to them. When robots eventually create the next generation of beings(we will refer to them as yips) They will have no concept of us. God will be destroyed, because he is not a physical being, and exists only in our idea of him. This evolution will continue indefinitely, and has been ocurring in the past for an undefinite amount of time.
I have nothing against religion, of god. This is simply an idea that is open for discussion. I am not attempting to change anyones views. I am only trying to make people think on a deeper level.
